This photo (& others like it) has inspired me to add a new detail to my voting routine. I leave it up on the screen, take a break, & when I come back I can see it fresh, from across the room. Kind of like what would happen if I would walk up to it in a gallery. This gives me an opportunity to admire & appreciate the shapes created by highlights & shadows before I get lost in the details. This photo is gorgeous from across the room--very rich mid-tones--& the details are not bad, either! Hope you had a nice spring break!
