 Ok It is not a guard - it is me holding the flash triggered by wireless remote.

Taken on a bridge over the N1 highway in Johannesburg between 14th Ave and Beyers Naude.
It is a pedestrian bridge and it was being used by a lot of pedestrians. Had to be careful not to trip anyone one up on my tripod. Had a few people wanting to pose, look at shots, and also the few that were oblivious to what I was doing and wanted to just stand in the way - almost as if to say this is my bridge so you get off if you want to take pictures...

Anyway - I have discovered this bridge is not EXACTLY symmetrical as can be seen by the slight bow in the concrete floor sloping to camera last, also some of the metal stays / cables are off centre as well.

Edit was open in Camera RAW, boost saturation, add slight vignette, open in PS, boost darks with a luminosity mask, add SEP2 B&W layer set to luminosity and reduced opacity. Resize and sharpen. SFW

Absolutely textbook stuff. Even the light throws leading lines. You got stiff opposition but I do think this has a very good chance.
