Not voting but good idea... however you really needed to have got into this shot and actually done that to make it look real... there should be hopping marks all over the sand where you took the shoes and trousers off (and no other footprints which mark where you walked to place the objcets) and the coat and belt (although well placed for composition) shouldnt be so pristinely laid out. It just isnt believable as it currently stands... |

the picture reads backwards for me - i saw the horizon, then the rocks on the left, then something felt distracting in the right foreground... |

Clever idea, I think a higher contrast rendition may have worked better. |

Doesn't quite fit the challenge but it's amusing and made me smile. |

Nicely taken photo with a nice B+W conversion but not in the spirit of the challenge for me |

Love this. Ok....Now that you know that......I can play detective.
ah ha. Footprints.....hmmm what kind? Shoes..on. Going out to shoreline AND coming back...shoes on. Hmmmmm. cccccould be that the foot prints above the right shoe are NAKED prints but not quite distinct enough to tell....hmmmmm
where are the undies....or do you go commando...wait...LOOKS like a shirt is in the suitcoat...then what is that last article of clothing closest to the shoreline? boxers or briefs? hahahahah I would guess who this is...but I will wait...for if I am incorrect I do not want to giggle with the wrong person...... |

I always say that I love photos that tell a story! This one certainly makes me wonder how far this gentleman can swim. The only thing I find lacking is some drama with the composition. A lower angle and some deep footprints wandering into the surf would have added some drama to this, but you still get tons of respect for making a photograph tell more than just a split-second's story. |
