 This is a Jim Hillis who owns the sugar house and vineyard. Their wine is some of the best from Vermont and this batch of maple syrup was amazing. If you look closely you'll see the syrup draining while he is stirring what is boiling.

Great capture good lighting and composition i like the color and the actually effect whats happening in the image but i feel the boarder is a tad to much..Well done
