 This is William, he's a purebred Canadian horse. I took this picture of him a few years ago. At Upper Canada Village all of our livestock are purebreds that you would have found in Uper Canada in the 1860's.
I applied a texture overlay and reduce the opacity of both the image and overlay.

Oh this is wonderful. I love the intimate closeness of the horse with the canvas like layering for a great textural piece.
