| I don't really see the smoke. It took me a few minutes to see she was smoking a cigarette. It looks like multiple photos blended together. |

| Not seeing any smoke here... perhaps it's what's making the lady holding "a smoke" so blurry. Wait! Is that a wisp of smoke just near the rear tire of the passing car? Perhaps. But it's not very major in the photo... Even if the theme was simply smoke (and the description did not clearly indicate "smoke" as in burning something), the cigarette is far too indistinct to be considered "major". |
