 I just happened to be practicing some strobe work in the studio since I don't get to very often and it happened to fall within the dates needed for this challenge, so I thought I would enter it. I had no hopes of a ribbon or anything so I am surprised this photo has done so well! To me, while it is good and I am happy with it, I don't think it stands out from many others so thank you all for your kind comments and votes. :) I was truly surprised.

Including Shez's comment, which is one of the last few she ever made. I feel very grateful to have gotten a comment from her.

I know I have not been a member here at DPC as long as some of you and despite me not being an active member in the forums, I do read them throughout each day (since I am behind a computer for most of my work-day) and I know there are usually debates on all kinds of things; from opinions on editing rule sets, to Langdon's negligence of the site, challenge suggestion debates and then news and world events etc. The one thing I noticed among all of that is how much Shez was loved and supported here at DPC and how positive her outlook on life was despite her hardships. I was always impressed and happy to be a part of this site when I saw so many people set aside their differing opinions on so many other topics, and band together to express their support for her. She will be missed.
