Where is your head at? Awesome, dark, other wordily, sinister with heavy sexual undertones....... or is it just my mood? :)

I love it here! |

While most of your images leave me stunned this one has a dark feel to it that is frightful. Easily freaky and like a horror movie that I can't stop looking at. Congrats on arriving at that picture you had foreseen! |

Can't find any good usable words for this which I find irritating. I feel like your subjects, faceless and unable to speak. |

Photography at it's best. Unique and refreshing. Thought provoking; who is the man, who is the woman? Secret liaisons? Sex Scandal?
Of course I believe it has it's roots in the recent blur challenge and maybe didn't fit for it's subtleness in that category, just her head, that no doubt was not, if you'll pardon the pun, enough to be "in your face". So it made it to the FS! Thank you speed voters for chasing it here. 8 but bumped to a 9.
I trust there are more images you took during this shoot and would be honoured if you could link me to them post challenge.
Paul if this is you, you're indeed a wizard master of the modern subtle nude. If not Paul, then naturally I trust you will take that as a compliment. |

There is a lot of interesting stuff here.
I bet that Mr Gormley wished to be slenderer and dressed like James Bond.
Great setting. I wish it was more air around and a little less props. Screen is not necessary.
This said, you did an interesting thing. |

Fabulously strange. This puts me in mind of Paul's work, the setting, the superb light, the nude. Surealist and titillating. Love it. |

Voted earlier coming back to comment.
While the rest of the environment is in sharp focus and detail the people are not. The people are surreal in a real world room. There are the common everyday objects of the tub, the chair, the windows and the mirror but amoung them are the uncommon/blurred objects - people. The everyday objects are static and still - the man & woman are not they are in motion placing them in a different realm. The nude woman seems to hold the mirror like a shield, hiding/protecting herself from the man captured within. The reflection of the man stands within the confines of the mirror and takes on the errie aspect of a lurker. He is faceless and not in sharp detail - while not in the room he adds a sense of tension as we know not what the intentions or actions will be that follows. |

This is quite remarkable. Currently my pic to win. I'm a bit torn though because I'm not sure the blur on the women is necessary. Find it distracting. It's the reflection in the mirror that drives the image for me. The softness in the image really emphasizes the mystery as well. Really nice work. |
