I just kept bumping this one. I spotted jagar's so I know this is not his but I also bet he loves it and maybe even wishes it was LOL I would probably have tried to do something with that sticker in the lower right - desaturate, maybe? But the expressions, the composition, the reflections, the framing are all perfect. 9 Voted earlier. |

Such a sad feeling. They seem to be looking out the window but not seeing anything but their heavy thoughts. A Wonderful capture. |

I'll have to look up the title, but before I do let me say I like this. There's a sadness, a resignation from those inside as they watch the exuberance in those outside, indicated by that single hand. Europe of the signs, yes?, and wonderful framing of the reflections. |

Even though this is France, it's almost an urban take on Grant Wood's "American Gothic". |

Interesting. I seem to remember he was looking directly at the camera in the b/w version. The color version with that particular processing (or is it the Parisian light?) works well too. |
