The guy may be poor but the photo is surely in the top 1% as far as texture and focus goes.

You know what. This photo is so good. Really awesome. But you should've made it a black and white. You might get nicked for that. Brilliant picture nevertheless.

This shot is well done, the legs, the pillars, the processing, almost intentionally steering away from black and white, which would have worked splendidly as well...
