These are actually in Huaguoshan Mountain, in Jiangsu China, the alleged birthplace of the famous Monkey King - Sun Wukong from Journey to the West

But they still roam around in HK as well

I remember these guys on my trip to HK in the 80's. No fear of humans at all.
