Congrats on the TT, Dennis! But I warned you about exposing a self portrait! Assume this is going up as your new portfolio pic. |

WOW GREAT BLACK AND WHITE PROFILE BUT HATE THE WRITTING THROUGH THE MIDDLE AS IT DISTRACTS FROM VISUALLY ENJOYING THE IMAGE
WISH IT WERE BETTTER PLACED SO AS NOT TO DISTRACY\T US FROM THE FACE ESPECIALLY THE EYE AREA

For some reason it reminded me of some of Steve McCurry's street portraits. A portrait that kind of brings us closer to the subject. Great light (love how you showed the wrinkles and the eye). Nice textures on the hat and face. Great job! |

Start with making eye contact, one at a time is good :)

that peeping eye makes this shot for me.
(and the fact that you had to talk to a complete stranger and negotiate to get the image shows your potential as a street shooter) |

I like this, but I wish the other eye was present. Nice all the same. |
