With the guy running out of the frame, my eyes wander out of the frame. Having the guy in the center would help. An actual title would help, as well.

I'm guessing it's about exercise.
I'm sure 100 people are going to tell you that you forgot the title.
I like the composition alot and the motion shown with the runner.
