 Terrell High School's junior varsity Fighting Tigers pray with their coach before Thursday night's game agains the Greenville Lions. I happened to be standing on the end of the bleachers when the coach gave the familiar call to "grab ahold of somebody" which meant that all players must be touching someone else on the team. This is the best kind of team sport action... more important than the game itself.

I knew going into this challenge that this would be a "love it" or "hate it" kind of picture...not for the technical aspects (which are not that great, trust me - I know the fence is in the way, thanks!)...but for the religious theme. I also knew it would be susceptible to the "does not meet the challenge" purists, as some comments indicate, because some find that prayer is not an action. Well, technically, it is... prayer can be used as a verb as well as a noun. I found it to be quite fitting of the challenge, and my campus principal and athletic director now have prints of this in their offices because to both of them, it shows the best teamwork that our guys can display. Thanks for all your comments and votes. I truly appreciate it! :o)
