 An extremely lucky capture. I didn't even know the lady was there -- I was just going for the egret. I didn't see what I'd captured until looking at the images on my computer. Don't you love accidents?

Being there and shooting is half the battle...sometimes luck happens upon you. The more you shoot, in good spots, with a good approach, the luckier you become....;-)

What a happy marriage of very differently styled components. The background is pure art. The bird is pure photography.

The beauty of this is the background alone would have made a nice picture. It has a painterly feel. The bird by itself is very nice too. Combine them all together you have an awesome photo. :)

You did well to capture this bright bird in an otherwise dark scene. The blur of the person conveys and image of thought, which is presented well with the title in mind. I can't help but wonder what this person is thinking! The pop of red is great too!

It's a very pleasant image. I like it. I always curse (under my breath) when people encroach on my scenes. But, maybe I should open my mind to this serendipity.

I wish there was a little more detail in the bird, not much, but a little more. Right now I'm finding it looks more like a light beacon.

Having the person there is a huge bonus. Otherwise the scene is somewhat drab. The person ties in everything nicely.
