 Up in the mountains (hence my challenge entry from this period). This was taken about 2,500 m above sea level at one of the ski lodges. It's about -10 degrees and we had approximately 5 minutes in total to eat, drink, and take photos before we froze to ice-cycles...

Really nice portrait. Great detail and tones, and compositional balance with his head tot he right with the slight lines to the left. Much here to like.
