Love the muted approach to the toning/presentation, and the oddness of the person jumping is a nice change of pace from the usual scenery shot.

At first the dark, washed out look bothered me... But bothered is good... Not sure how I feel. Will certainly revisit.

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.

Positives: Oh my word - this is the sort of work I would like to do but never have the imagination or subtlety to pull off. I love the stylised coloration and the jumping girl. I really like the ambiguities - time of day, temperature, the details of the model, the 'why' of the shot. Just brilliant.

Critical stuff: Nope

Overall: Instant fave. Love this.

The colours of this image reminds me of old pictures from 20-30 years old I have in some albums. I think the image could do with much more contrast.
