| I think the focus would have been better switched around, with the bud in focus, and the bloom blurred. |

| Would there have been a way to change your angle or something so that the bloom was in focus as well as the sunflower is. I like it against the white wall. |

| It kind of bothers me that the foreground sunflower is out of focus. It's a primary subject and should be in focus. |

| needs a much deeper focal plane to get both flowers in focus, and the flash feels really hot. Did you try a longer exposure without the flash? |

The sun flower on the left already seems to have the bloomed, and what looks to be a blooming sun flower, on the right, is far to out of focus.
I think reversing the focal point from the bloomed to the blooming would make this image very strong. |

| This is a nice shot shoting a nice transition. If you could have brought the foreground into focus so that both the bud and the bloom were in sharp focus, this would have been a higher impact photo. |

| Right idea, but by not putting the bud in focus, you lost the message of transition. I can't help by look at the sunflower as being the subject and everything else as being the background. The background is adding very little to the message. |
