not sure that this fits into the category of backlighting - there's a lot of light shining on the face

This is the most bizarre photo of this challenge. Interesting colors and composition. Clearly meets challenge. I can see it hanging in the modern section of a museum. Was this taken with a camera phone?

this is odd, scary, bizarre and very interesting. it is a very unusual concept... figuring out where the lighting is leaves me somewhat befuddled. though it will no doubt give me nightmares tonight (i'll be avoiding the cheese) it's certainly a good concetual piece of art - it's slightly normalised (for want of a better term) by the fact that the shoulders indicate being shorn in a fairly standard sweater - makes it a bit less other-worldly... very original. 8.

How did you create this? It's very, very odd indeed! Please tell.

Interestingly different! The color and light make this a photo I wanted to study a bit (hope your notes say how you did it)

Very artistic and dramatic. The fuzziness creates a definite moodiness that is attractive.

Very strange I must say!
And light is both in back and front
