For those of you who left constructive comments, thank you very much. I wish I knew who gave me a 10? I would not have voted very high on my photo either but I really wanted to enter something and I couldn't find another transition.

Very grainy and washed-out.

the focus needs to be a lot crisper, and the colors are kinda flat for my tastes.
04/26/2002 03:46:00 PM
boring. not a very sharp photo.
04/26/2002 05:10:00 AM
Good idea, I like the simplicity. To make the picture better, make sure the subject is straight up and down, or obviously slanted one way or the other. If you used a digital zoom, that may account for some of the fuzziness.

Another shot that makes excellent use of traffic lights
04/24/2002 07:25:00 AM
The idea is ok, but has been put into practice a little better in some of the other pictures. This one doesn't seem very sharp and has no real context with it.

Great job on showing a transition,.... but there is more to photography than just taking a snapshot.
04/23/2002 01:29:00 PM
Looks out of focus. Was the wind blowing that day?
04/23/2002 04:45:00 AM
good but too blurry
04/22/2002 04:49:00 PM
Why is the picture so grainy and it appears to be slightly out of focus.
04/22/2002 04:27:00 PM
you have a good idea here, but it just didn't work out
04/22/2002 03:42:00 PM
Yellow means to transition from a normal speed to a really fast speed :)) This photo needs to be a little sharper... more focus...
04/22/2002 03:38:00 PM
not enough there to hold my attention.
04/22/2002 03:33:00 PM
Needs to be in focus
04/22/2002 12:38:00 PM
I knew there would be more.
04/22/2002 10:17:00 AM
This shot is a bit too blurry. Focus would help.
04/22/2002 10:09:00 AM
nice timming, but not so nice on the focus.
04/22/2002 06:57:00 AM
not the most interesting subject
04/22/2002 06:30:00 AM
Dull. Needs some other stuff with it to make it interesting. Maybe a blurred car coming to a quick stop.
04/22/2002 05:53:00 AM
good vertical framing, still think you could have been closer and filled more of the frame. Was this shot from a car? it seems a bit blurred.
04/22/2002 04:51:00 AM
Very grainy. I'm thinking you cropped it out to compensate for the lack of zoom your camera might have. If that's the case, I would've gone with a different subject.
04/22/2002 04:27:00 AM
bad image...blah!
04/22/2002 04:05:00 AM
ooh, good thought process on this.. maybe if you zoomed close enough to get all the lights full screen?
04/25/2002 08:56:00 AM
Very high compression, and it shows.
04/23/2002 10:55:00 AM
Nice interpretation of the them, however a little more focus would have been nice.
04/23/2002 10:45:00 AM
this pic is only 30Kb and it shows
04/21/2002 10:42:00 PM
Out of fucus, too centered, too much grey sky. Try taking shots like these from diff. angles and zoom in or get closer.
