| This reminds me of the blancmange desserts my mother made. They are a traditional British dish, I think. I like the addition of the mint with the strawberries, and the highlights on the strawberries. |

Are you making these yourself? Pretty darn gung ho if I may say so. I like your recent entry in Beatles btw :)
