 Simple editing on this one, though a bit topaz heavy for me. Opened in PS Raw Converter: Used a 100% clarity brush on the skin only with a .5 exposure enhancement to give it some light. Proceeded to use "Portrait Smooth" filter on one layer, and then created another layer incredibly sharp. Used the Portrait Smooth to add to the hair color, by adjusting opacity on the layer, and masking out the face. Used the sharpened layer for eyes only, and overlayed them on the softer version of her eyes from the portrait smooth layer. Combined layers. I then proceeded to use some slight dodge and burn, and then healing brushed out a few minor facial imperfections, and four stray hairs. Voila.

Pretty girl. Love her hair. When I was voting I was wondering why you shot her from this perspective. I think I would like to see a shot of her looking at you - just for comparison's sake.

A touch too smooth I think. She appears to be outside, so in my opinion shouldn't have the smooth studio look. I would give her some of her natural texture back.

too mich skin smoothing on the fore head looks unnatural tone it back a bit
