Elephant mini-statues, printed out background, cut a hole, pulled some grass, taped everything to background, put on top of clear table, light underneath table, turned on light, took many pictures, download to computer, adjust levels, crop, save, submit! |

oh well, it was fun.
what i dont understand is photographs with lousy backlights or no creativity scoring higher. |

| Clever idea. You've oversharpened a little much on this (haloing on the grass stalks), and exposure was a touch too much I think.. I like what you were going for though, and the coloring in the background is almost dead on. Great effort. |
