I just picked up the Alien Bees ring flash today and I am in love with it. Amazing!

sorry, that happens sometimes with young people. that's why we wear makeup. to look like young people.

Question: Did I over process her eyes?

She's a cutie, but the ring lights in her eyes draw your attention to them, rather than playing a supporting role to the overall image. I'm also not sure I like the overall color tone to the shot. However, your model is so adorable that she almost overcomes all those factors. You've done a great job with the tone and color of her skin - especially in her cheeks.
