I do not understand your question so cannot give a yes or no response.
The photo itself looks like a snapshot. The shadows and burn out from the flash detract from your idea. |

imo, you could have cropped in more on the right, eliminating the black lamp shad and the light glare on the papers, without compromising your image any. Interesting angle, nice color. |
