Nice portrait that looks to be candid, as much because of the background as anything (that's a compliment, btw) - not sure he's too happy about your having taken it :) That watch face is very bright. Voted earlier.

Who is he?
Why the long sleeve shirt with the coat on his head during the summer? (Assuming Northern Hemisphere) The beard adds dimensions to his look. The only thing I don't like is the overexposed watch face, my eyes wonder there a little too much, but this image still felt more real compared to the other entries.

Creepy yet I feel entirely hypnotized! What a mesmerizing face and body expression!

Nice DOF and capture of the moment. The 3 bright white areas are a big disctraction. Perhaps brning them in to tone them down would have helped.
