this hornet is alive... he seemed a little sedated though, kept on following the camera lense along the rail... I got a bunch of shots of him facing the camera chasing after me.

| Is this bee dead???? No fair!! You should be out there chasing the live ones with the rest of us! ;-) But I do love the colors, the sharpness, and the use of negative and positive space in the composition. You should place well. |

| Why Can't I get wasps to sit still for *me*? I think the light is just a touch too bright. Playing with the aperature could have helped, as the wings have lost some structure, but it's a very nice shot to look at. The colors are great. |
