 A highlight of Midway Village Museum in Rockford Illinois. The village features replicas of 19th century buildings in a typical village of the times. The school house and general store as well as this water wheel driven mill are among building you can visit in the Village and Park.

Congratulations on your 19th placing. This was my favorite because the colors and the reflection are superb.

not sure I like the square crop on this. I see how you wanted to keep the foreground plants, but it throws the balance of the image off for me.

Nice picture, not to big on your border. Is that cottonwood floating in the water, I hate that stuff when I'm fishing.

I could see this with a ribbon with a little color adjustment. Nice.

Double border is distracting, but otherwise, excellent shot. To nit pick, perhaps a polarizing filter could have shown a bluer sky in the background.

Oh no, another great photo which will incur a visit from the border police - word of warning, I used to use borders on this site, but some people hate them with a passion and will mark down anything with a border. Best not to add one unless absolutely neccessary.
The photo is excellently composed, maybe needs something to zest up the lighting, but pleasing all the same.

This looks like just the perfect photograph. Well framed (would have done well in the Framing challenge), compositionally placed well, good colors and great textures. Good luck in the challenge!
