Is that a bird in the upper left hand corner? Whatever it is, it detracts from the otherwise interesting nature of this shot.

I like the angle here. Perhaps pushing the exposure darker would have made the silhouette pop more. You may also try a tighter crop on the upper left 2/3rds.
