Very nice colours and interesting, well placed silhouettes - but what really lifts it is that wonderful grid of golden lines. Top 5.

The lighting on the lines in the pavement is excellent. The image would be improved if the pedestrian didn't look like he had one leg and didn't overlap with the bollard, but you can't always pick your poses.

In my top 5. Great composition, flow, cropping, textures, interest, and the silhouettes add to the image instead of just being randomly plopped in to "meet" the challenge.

Incredible picture. I feel so attached to it for some reason, almost like I'm there. I think that is due to keeping so much of the foreground. Wonderous.
