Some pics above will show the sculpture that was used in the pic. The structure is illuminated from the inside via neon tubes.
The technique was simply: Camera was set to 5 secs, f 7.1 at ISO 200. During exposure the camera was moved over the 5 seconds from the right to the lower left in a wobbling fashion, sort of in a sinus wave. In the last fraction of the time before the shutter closed, the camera was held still to achieve a longer imprint of the sculpture.
I liked how the motion created a 3D effect of the face towards the left.
Minimal post processing followed in digital darkroom. I think it was mostly around increasing the saturation.
