Extraordinary image (except for the haloing of the clouds), which would likely have been in the top ten of the bird challenge.

It's daytime, and there is no man-made structure. Did you accidentally enter your 'Birds' entry in this challenge?

Very fascinating shot. How did you get this close to the subject? I really enjoy the detail of it's beak and eyes. It screams 'you're next'.
