A badly metered flash? The exposure and processing don't work at all for me. Composition is good though.

Composition is nice. Processing is kind of overly watercolor-y for my photographic taste, and the bird's eye looks vacantly creepy to me.

I like the composition, the bird is well placed within the frame. I'm not overly fond of the processing you've applied. I like it on the background, but not on the bird and the wire.
