Not sure what this building was. Bev said it was going to be and apartment/condominum building where you were able to park your car right out side your living space on all levels. I had a concerns about CO2 but she said the center of the building would be open air from top to bottom. Trouble is, it's been like this for several years. Might have been let go due to the recession and lack of financing. Oh well. Couldn't afford it anyway. Later!
