 Baked by my wife. We have a small rhubarb plant in the garden, so it's almost a yearly feast.

Looking back while typing this all, I made this one for my first Photo-a-Week.

Making one this weekend, but mine is red (rhubarb). Hoping to see some Irish Stew this week.

The color of the pie is wonderful! It really stands out against the white background. Also, it was interesting to see the changes between your first photo of the pie to this one. This one is much more lively...that is, as lively as an inanimate object can be.
