The sadness in her eyes really tears right through you.

Not going to do as well since there's no obvious expert editing. However, I did add one of the heads (one on the left) from another image of the same subject. People were swarming her as she held onto the fence.

Actually, the blur was intentional. They were a mob of people staring at her; I suppose that wasn't readily apparent.
