 This was a game put on for charity early this month.

The annual game between Pisgah High School (where my kids will go) and Tuscola (my alma mater) is an intense one every year. It has been "featured" on the Great American Rivalry series at least twice which gives it national coverage. Couple this intense cross county rivalry with a county that is absolutely gaga over football and you have a major event.

This year, Gridiron Alumni organized the first ever THS vs PHS alumni game. Most of the players graduated in the 90s or early 00s, but some of them were in their 40s (one had knee surgery today thanks to a hit he took in this game).

It was quite possibly the hardest hitting game I have ever experienced. These guys pulled no punches.

Pisgah won the game, this time. Apparently, there will be another one next year. It was a record attendance for the organization as well.
