 My wife's ex-brother-in-law and his son Cody. David designed an built the Disney character balloons, the Celebration Balloon Co. is his business. He flew the character balloons worldwide for a good while. They also built a lot of the "shapes" and other "character" balloons that you see at festivals.
This pic was on the front page of the local news the day after this event.
