The ever slightest amount of fill lighting on the fence and this would be perfect! (I have my own lighting issues and can't help with this one, but it would make a great subject for a forum thread. You could get the opinions of the lighting gurus!)

The arch sets the scene here very nicely. I like how you captured the buildings of the ranch within the 'frame' so there is nothing of civilization aside from the power line outside of it. It is nice to see that you did not cut out that line, as it seems to fit well in this pic. 8

I think this is a beautiful photo, and it technically meets the challenge; however, I think the frame has become the focal point rather than actually framing the focal point.
