too much competition between the leaves, the blurry moon and the colored lights - for my taste there should be an emphasis on one of them to draw the interest

Use a tripoid ... tha image is blurry ... you can't do images like this without a tripoid ...

I like this picture, the concept. However, it seems a bit fuzzy to me.

The red lights in the background suggest that the camera was moved while taking this photograph. Consider using a tripod.

a little shaky

Appears as if this were a handheld shot as the lights blur in a vertical manner, characteristic of camera shake from depressing the shutter. A tripod would've been useful or laying the camera on a flat surface and using the timer. Also, a tighter crop around the moon would've helped to bring more attention to the subject. My eyes keep wandering to the right, being distracted by the red lights.
