Interesting flare.
I think this image would be much stronger with a tighter crop. Take a look->if you get rid of some of the sides and most of the foreground, the far bank is almost suspended in space and looks pretty cool. |

| Beautiful light and reflection of the sun. Don't care for the building but the rest of the scene is perfectly lit. Bump to 7. |
