 Thought this would be a fun shot - not a fan of the negative space, but it was a black box (Chapmans) and i couldn't do much for that...
My "other angles" didn't work as well as this due to the lid flopping about, so we'll see how this stands for scoring :)

Technically - cloned out a partial reflection on the stove top (ceramic top, reflection of burner line) in top right corner, adjusted for color, converted raw to jpg, adjusted levels, cropped, sharpened, resized and uploaded.

For camera, I used a polarized filter to help cut down on the reflection of the flash from the spoon. Flash was hand-fired just above the box in the middle of the exposure at 1/64 (+3ev) setting with the diffuser cap on. I found this gave the best result for the tone of the chocolate with the white from the box, and didn't give away much of the stove.

mmm... Ice cream... - I gave this a 6. Probably would have been higher with a different angle and focal point. Or maybe I just get sad when I see an empty container.
