A very interesting bird. Looks Like a wood stork as Waddy mentioned.

This must have been over water to get this much light from below. Nice sky in this one. It's not overpowering the subject.
If this is a large bird, we have a species similar in build here, the Wood Stork, but ours have bald heads, and completely different markings.
