 This is "Vognhallen", an old building made to shield railway engines from the weather. These days it shelters the participants in the Os "International Symposium of Sculpture" while they work.

The trusses/beams are build in traditional west-Norwegian "grindkonstruksjon" (I have no idea what that is called in English).
