 Goldilocks charges half a tube of Smarties for photoshoots (subject to change depending on mood).

I was aiming for a 'lifted from the pages of a storybook feel'.

cropped then three layers:-
1) background original
2) duplicate layer taken through filters>brush styles>sumi-e. Region over Goldilocks' face and arms 'erased'to let background through.
3) Layer with airbrushed golden highlights over hair...30% opacity

Cute photo, but where's the fairy tale? Surely the pun on serial killers doesn't relate to a fairy tale - though I heartily wish such people were just fairy tales.

Cute kid. I don't like the way I think this has been processed though. Find edges? Something like that, it makes the bowls look a little strange. I think a lot less post processing would have improved this.

Took me a while to get Goldilocks - but that makes the title that much more funny (or should I say punny?). I think whatever effect you used is right on the edge of being too much but overall I like this shot - very clever and original.

I *almost* didn't get this at first.. but then it struck me like lightining. What a wonderful shot. I'd just like to know if you achieved the effect over the shot with an effect filter, or by some other means?
