I only went out shooting one day this month (aside from photos of friends etc.) so here's my pick from those. I figure I should enter something as it's been a while since my last challenge. My prediction is someone in the 5's, hopefully high 5's, but I'm guessing it'll probably break my current streak of 7 6's in a row :<. Anyway, I took this photo in a local aquarium I got free access to through a friend, it was quite challenging shooting fish at f/1.2 with manual focus, but the light really required it - I'd call it an enjoyable challenge though.
The subject is a lion fish which are pretty poisonous (you definitely don't want to step on one), there were several in this tank, although sadly none were fanning out their spines that day, which can look really stunning. No idea what the fish in the bottom left is, let's call him Nemo. |
