 "Podiceps cristatus" or "fuut". I've seen them earlier this month, but this is my first good photo of it.

Looks like I'm gonna love my new lens, a Samyang 500mm Mirror F6,3. Very cheap, very manual, no automatic focus, no aperture setting, but it helps when you have an "auto ISO" option. Not my favorite setting, but the only thing that makes life easier with this lens. Did try some sport photos also with this lens today :)

Btw. The specifications I've seen on several sites are not always right and you always need something extra to mount it on your camera.

Lovely shot. Although I haven't been able to shoot one this month we actually have these birds on our local lake. ( Most of the birds that have been posted are quite exotic to me.)
