 Maybe not FAST motion, but motion. They were tooling along enjoying an overcast Friday afternoon.

Used my nifty variable neutral density filter to get a slow enough shutter speed.

May not have scored well (back below 50%, yo!) but I still like it and am quite happy with it!

I would expect the subject to be sharp and the blur to be the background separating the two... Works as an abstract too though...
