While there does seem to be some panning It doesn't pull the focus to the foreground subject because the entire picture is blurred. Had the subject been in focus I would say that I like the pattern the lighting made in the background and the grainy texture fits the tone and feel.

Perfect title.....I would like to title or my images "Why" love the grainy effect but it's the tones that really drags me in.
