Escape from what? The SFx just don't work for me. Don't mean to be a boo bird, but I can't understand what the context is. The technique is interesting, but I don't think it adds much to the image.

Would have taken the blue for Panning :-)

The colors are so tender. I love this image, though it doesn't really convey a sense of emergency to me.
